(Multi-) vulnerability
Definition
Refers to (i) a variety of exposed sensitive targets (e.g. population, infrastructure, cultural heritage, etc.) with possible different vulnerability degree against the various hazards; (ii) time-dependent vulnerabilities, in which the vulnerability of a specific class of exposed elements may change with time as consequence of different factors (e.g. the occurrence of other hazardous events).
