Once the account is approved, you will be emailed a notification message and the account will be usable at login.

Please note that the Disaster Risk Gateway inbox is currently monitored Mon-Fri between 09:00-17:00 (UK time). There may be a delay in account approvals outside these times.

N.B. Some users may receive an email to confirm their email address that says "Invalid confirmation code. The code may have expired". Please disregard this email, your account request will be registered in the system and visible to site administrators for review. This is a bug that our developer is working to resolve.

User account

A confirmation message will be sent to your email address once you submit this request. The address will not be published. Please respond by clicking on the confirmation link provided in the email. A password will be emailed to you when your account is created.
